There have been plenty of high profile people, ranging from Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond to celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, calling for people to eat more fresh, local food. The Bute Healthy Living Initiative has been putting those ideas into practice. They have started up a social enterprise The Green Tree Cafe in Rothesay town centre, with a range of activities to promote healthy eating. We hear from Yennie Van Oostende, who moved to Bute from her native Rotterdam.
